Mr. Mulrooney is a business services executive with more than 25 years experience in both the technology and services sectors. He is a customer focused executive with a successful record of leveraging existing organizational capabilities to create high performance teams. Prior to joining Flynn Transportation, Mr. Mulrooney, served as President of Staffing & Workforce Solutions at Spherion. Mr. Mulrooney also held a number of executive positions at Electronic Data Systems including president of Operations Solutions Midwest Region and Vice President for Portfolio Services.
